We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological disorder or disease. We educate you about stress reactions so you can use your mind and body to bring about a level of wellness that can be maintained. In that respect, we are like a teacher who helps students use information for their own benefit.
 
The National Institute of Health says 80% OF ALL MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE CAUSED BY STRESS. Biofeedback is a useful holistic tool that provides information to help you learn about the UNDERLYING STRESS that interferes with your health and wellness.
